Middle School Confessions is an HBO documentary that takes a look at the lives of young people, as well as the efforts of parents, teachers, and school officials as they help kids navigate through the transitional years of middle school. This show features candid interviews with 11 to 14 year old students covering topics of drinking, sex, depression, school failure and harassment.
Often our initial reaction is "not our kids," but the reality is that if it is not our kids, then it is our children's friends, our neighbors, etc. It takes a village today to raise children and all adults need to know the reality that these young people fact on a daily basis.
On WEDNESDAY, MAY 6TH at 7:30 p.m., this documentary will be shown in Fellowship Hall at the First Church of Christ, Mansfield Center, at the intersection of routes 195 and 89. Following the viewing, there will be time for questions and discussions. This evening has been set aside for ADULTS only. ;The program is free of charge and open to the public.
